VACCINE PASSPORT NEW RULES
As of Oct 15th, all optional activities, including playing sports indoors, require the participants to be fully vaccinated. If you go to the division page for each league there will be a real-time list of who does not currently meet the vaccine requirements.
This list includes players who uploaded a partially vaccinated passport that was previously verified and accepted but now does not meet the requirement to play. It also includes people who uploaded passports that couldn't be scanned or were missing information. These people should have received an email from the league asking for additional verification. If you are on the list and feel you shouldn't be, please make sure you email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Because of these additional verification requirements players should not expect to register and play the same day. Depending on the circumstances being cleared to play could take days. At the start of the season the Administrator prints out the game sheets the morning of games and if a players name is crossed out because of a vaccine passport issue or non-payment of fees they are not allowed to play.
Looks like we had a couple issues with the schedule - a game was missed on import, and the games on Friday Oct 15 show the wrong time on the app but the correct time on the website.
Once a player has registered and been rostered onto a team they will be able to use the app to send and receive messages as well as get game updates. Once rostered the player's team page will also become available to them from their division page.
